• Availability: All Products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. We may not have control over Supplier inventory levels. In the event a Product you ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
• Quality: While we endeavor to partner with reputable Suppliers, we are not the manufacturer of the Products. Any issues regarding Product quality, defects, or manufacturing faults are primarily the responsibility of the Supplier. We will assist you in resolving such issues as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: All prices displayed on the Website are in [Currency, e.g., Qatari Riyal (QAR)] and are inclusive of any applicable taxes (if required by Qatari law) and shipping costs (as per our “Free Shipping” policy). • Delivery Times: As Products are shipped directly from our international Suppliers, delivery times may vary. Estimated delivery times are provided on Product pages and in your order confirmation, but these are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Customs and Duties: Products shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country (Qatar or other GCC nations). While we strive to include all costs in the Product price (as per our free shipping model), any additional import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country are solely your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
• Tracking: We will provide tracking information for your order once it becomes available from the Supplier.
