- Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders to Qatar and other GCC countries (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman).
- The cost of shipping is already factored into the product price, so you will not incur any additional shipping charges at checkout for deliveries within these regions.
- Estimated Delivery Times
Since our products are shipped directly from international suppliers, delivery times can vary significantly depending on the product, the supplier’s location, and the destination country.
- General Estimated Delivery Time to Qatar & GCC Countries:
- Once dispatched, most orders are typically delivered within 14-45 business days.
- Please be aware that in rare cases, due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, peak holiday seasons, unforeseen logistical issues, force majeure events), delivery might take longer.
- Product-Specific Estimates: Where possible, more specific estimated delivery times for individual products will be indicated on the product page. These are always estimates and not guaranteed.
- Business Days: Please note that “business days” exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- While we strive to include all potential costs in the product price, please be aware that as your products are shipped internationally, they may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or fees levied by the destination country’s customs authorities (Qatar or other GCC nations).
- Any additional import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country are solely the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for potential charges before placing an order to avoid unexpected fees.
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
- Tracking Your Order

- Please allow 5-10 business days for the tracking information to become active after you receive the shipping confirmation, as it may take some time for the tracking system to update.

- Multiple Shipments
- If you order multiple products, they may be sourced from different suppliers. This means your items might be shipped separately and arrive on different dates. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
- There will be no additional shipping charges for multiple shipments under our Free Shipping policy.
- Undeliverable Packages
- In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to collect the package from a local postal service, or refusal of delivery, the package may be returned to the sender (our international supplier).
- If a package is returned to the sender due to customer error, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment, or a refund (minus original shipping costs incurred by us and any return fees) may be issued at our discretion.
- Lost in Transit Orders
- An order is considered “lost in transit” if tracking information indicates no movement for an extended period (e.g., 60 business days from dispatch) or if the carrier explicitly confirms loss.
