This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds, ensuring a fair and transparent process for all our valued customers in Qatar and the GCC.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, certain conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe:
    • Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item: You must notify us within 7 days of the item’s delivery date.
    • Change of Mind: You must notify us within 14 days of the item’s delivery date.
    • Item Not Received (Lost in Transit): You must notify us if your item has not been delivered within 60 business days from the date of dispatch, or if tracking information indicates a prolonged halt or loss.
  • Item Condition:
    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • It must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
    • Any items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition due to reasons not attributable to our error may be subject to a partial refund or no refund.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number and proof of purchase from Jetourzone.com are required for all returns and refund requests.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear, earrings).
  • Health and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, perfumes, personal hygiene products).
  • Digital products or downloadable software.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Customized or personalized items.

Reasons for Return or Refund

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered:

  1. Immediate Notification: Contact our customer support team at info@jetourzone.com, within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide Evidence: You must provide clear photographic and/or video evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item and its original packaging. This is crucial for us to process your claim with our suppliers.
  3. Our Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer one of the following solutions, based on the nature of the issue and product value:
    • A full refund to your original payment method.
    • A replacement item shipped to you at no additional cost.
    • A partial refund if you wish to keep the item despite a minor issue.
    • In most cases for damaged/defective items, you will not be required to return the item to us.
    • Item Not Received (Lost in Transit):

While most items arrive within the estimated timeframe, international shipping can sometimes experience unforeseen delays.

  1. Tracking Monitoring: Please regularly check the tracking information provided.
  2. Contact Us: If your item has not been delivered within 60 business days from the date of dispatch, or if tracking information indicates a prolonged halt or loss, please contact us.
  3. Investigation & Resolution: We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and our supplier. If the item is confirmed lost, we will offer:
    • A full refund to your original payment method.
    • A replacement item shipped to you at no additional cost.
    • Change of Mind / Unwanted Item:

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or it is no longer wanted:

  1. Initiate Request: Contact our customer support team at info@jetourzone.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Return Authorization: You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions, including our designated return address in Qatar. Do not send the item back to the supplier’s address in China.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Item Condition: The item must meet all eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1 (unused, original packaging, etc.).

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Support: To initiate any return or refund request, please email us at info@jetourzone.com.
  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, the reason for the return/refund, and any necessary evidence (photos/videos).
  3. Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with specific instructions on how to proceed, including an RMA number if a return is required, and the correct return address in Qatar.
  4. Ship Item (if required): If a physical return is required (primarily for “change of mind” returns), carefully package the item in its original condition and packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once your returned item (if applicable) is received and inspected by our team at our Qatar return facility, we will send you an email notification to confirm its receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
  3. Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery for “change of mind” requests (if accepted under exceptional circumstances).
  4. Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs paid by the customer at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., damaged/defective item, wrong item shipped).

Order Cancellations

  • You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped by our supplier.
  • Due to the automated nature of dropshipping fulfillment, orders are often processed very quickly. Once an order has been processed by our supplier, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
  • If cancellation is possible, a full refund will be issued. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the “Change of Mind” return process once you receive the item.

Exchanges

We generally do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return policy for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the correct item faster and simplifies the process.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Return and Refund Policy, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it or your purchase from Jetourzone.com, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this policy, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be exclusively resolved by the competent Courts in Qatar.
